Birthplace given on His application for Marriage to Alice Williams was KY. Family Tradition indicates Louisville. However, Birth certificate of son Robin William reads Birthplace of father Indiana. The Internment order for Crown Hill Cemetery signed by his son Boone shows place of birth as Frankfort, KY.

26 Worley J. and Pearly Aurila were referred to by there siblings as "The Twins". They both died as infants. This same family tradition was related by Hazel Bunce Galt, Vern Yates, and Jessie Horn Galt. Pearly Aurilla GALT
 
27 Died at St. Johns Hospital, Longview, WN from Heart failure following surgery for Kidney stones. He also had a Heart attack several years previously.
It was his desire that he be cremated, and that his ashes be scattered. WA State law does not allow for this. The death certificate is in error in that the family carried out his wishes by scattering his remains overlooking one of his favorite places, the Snake river valley in Oregon. This has been confirmed by His spouse and sons.

In 1910 Census a William Galt is found in Edgerton, KA age 66 born in KY ditto Father and Mother. Devorsed and working as a handyman

In 1920 Census a William Galt is found in Topeka, KA age 76 born in KY as was Father and Mother.

The 1860 Census finds Martha as head of household living with the four children in Hannibal, MO

Hazel Underwood (Bunce) states that her mother was known as "Beulah Mae" during the period they were together. However, on her marriage licence to Samuel Bunce the Name was given as Beulah Laura.

During her partnership with Arthur Dugan she went by the names Mary Beatrice and finally Mary Beulah is the name which appears on her Death Certificate.

These Aliases were Reported by her children. Hazel, Art, Betty, and Dorothy.

Her birth date is given as Aug 15 1898 on her Marriage Licence and as Oct 10 1898 on her Death Certificate.
